- Human skeleton:The skeleton is the body’s framework.The bones of the skeleton suport the body,protect the internal organs such as the heart and lungs, and allow us to move.
- In our body skull contains 28 bones,throat contains 1 bone,shoulders contain 4 bones,sternum contains 3 bones,ribs contain 24 bones,vertebrae contains 26 bones,arms and hands contain 60 bones,pelvis contain 2 bones,legs and feet contains 58 bones
- What is our body made of? : Most of the human body is made up of water , which is a combination of hydrogen and oxygen.
- The only bone in our body that is not connected to another bone is the hyoid bone,a U-shaped bone at the base of the tongue.It is supported by the muscles in the neck, but it is not connected to any other bone
- The human skeleton makes up about one fifth of a persons entire weight.An average adult weighing 70KG will have a skeleton that weighs 14kg
Diabetes

- Diabetes is caused by raising glucose in blood,due to lack of insulin
- It’s symptoms are excessive urination,hunger,thirst etc
- one type of diabetes is insulin dependent ans it is also called as juvenile diabetes which is common in younger ones
- The other type is non-insulin dependent maturity-onset diabetes which is a common type of diabetes which affects mostly for middle age people.this type of diabetes closely links to obesity
- Through hereditary diabetes may occur for about 50%
- in females diabetes depends on their weight in the upper part and in the lower part
- It’s better to follow diet-exercise programme to be safe from diabetes for 65% especially for older ones

- Now a days we see people mostly teenager’s who eat western diet which has has more amount of fat containing foods and meat,sweets etc

- Difference between breathing and Photosynthesis:Breathing is only a physical exchange of gases,whereas photosynthesis,as the word suggests ‘making food in the presence if light’.the misunderstanding that both these are the same could come about because of the importance and uniqueness of the process of photosynthesis.

- It’s a situation where a little hemoglobin or few red cells appear in the blood.
- Anemia is associated with an inability to make physical effort
- Very slowly the patient may reduce physical activity to a lower level

To do this first we need to concentrate o surya namaskharas and pranayama.There are three types of pranayamas:
- Bhastrikha:Taking breath from one nose and even releasing from the same nose
- Anuloma-viloma-pranayama:Taking breath from one nose and releasing from another nose
- Kaphala Bhati pranayama:Only releasing one per second with two nostrils.
- By doing these pranayamas the lung capacity will increse and certain useful harmones will get activated and there will be same efficiency all the time.But important thing is while taking breath the stomach should come outside and while releasing it should go inside
